Founded in 2006, the « à demeure » agency was established on the heights of Issy-les-Moulineaux, in the immediate vicinity of the «Parc Rodin» and «Epinettes» districts. The agency then established itself in the « Haussmannien » district, near the banks of the Seine and in the residential district of « Fort d'Issy ».
Since 2023, the historical founders have withdrawn from the project, it was then that Mathias Azevedo, former member of the house, very attached to the values ​​advocated by the « à demeure» agency and to the district in which it operates, decided to relaunch the project.
